- Enrollment Cancellation:
- a. Users may request to cancel their enrollment in a course offered by XLNC Academy International Pvt Ltd by contacting our support team.
- b. Cancellation requests received within 2 days of the course start date are eligible for a full refund.
- Refund Process:
- a. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to XLNC Academy International Pvt Ltd's at enquiries@xlncacademy.com
- b. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving a valid refund request.
- c. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
- Course Changes or Cancellations by XLNC Academy International Pvt Ltd:

a. XLNC Academy International Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient enrollment, or other reasons.
- b. In the event of a course cancellation by XLNC Academy International Pvt Ltd, users will be notified, and they may choose to transfer their enrollment to another available course or receive a full refund.
No-Shows and Late Arrivals:
- a. Users who do not attend or arrive late for a scheduled course are not eligible for a refund.
