Certified Six Sigma Green Belts are Six Sigma practitioners who are skilled to solve majority of process problems. They are usually selected amongst process leaders, process owners, professional staff, operational specialist, managers and executives. They have thorough understanding about business processes, leadership skills in terms of profit/saving consciousness and statistical analysis skills.
Certified Six Sigma Green Belts usually participate to the Six Sigma projects which have estimated profit increase or cost reduction value of at least USD 50'000, and they are able to execute as many as 5 such projects in a year. They lead departmental, internal business unit, cross-functional process improvement projects that do not require extremely complex and heavy process analysis and statistics skills.
Certified Sigma Green Belts teach and support Six Sigma teams and other personnel to apply Six Sigma tools and strategies. They find out, experiment and sponsor new tools, methods, techniques and process improvement and problem solving strategies. Furthermore, they discover potential opportunities for new Six Sigma Projects.
Should I have Minitab installed before I take up the course?+
You need not have Minitab installed to take up the LSSGB course by XLNC.
Will I get excel sheet templates if I do not have Minitab installed?+
Yes. We provide a toolkit along with the course package that includes various tools and excel sheets used in the context of Lean Six Sigma.
Is This Instructure Led Training?+
No, It is eLearning with practice quizzes and final exam
Do I need a project to complete this LSSGB training?+
There is no requirement of project completion to complete the LSSGB training by XLNC.
Will I get the CSSC certificate after completing this LSSGB course?+
On completing the LSSGB course from XLNC, you will get a certificate from XLNC Academy accredited by CSSC
